I have been climbing for 15 years, and I enjoy climbing in all its forms; multi day routes in the mountains, trad, bouldering and sport climbing.
Alongside my own climbing I have been working as a climbing guide and coach for 6 years. During which I have worked as a youth coach, as well as a guide both outdoors and indoors. I hold the RCI guiding qualification, as well as the Fundamentals coaching qualification and IRATA rope access. Alongside climbing guiding, I work as a Havening therapist, a therapy that uses neuroscience to help post trauma reactions and other psychological and physical issues
